Terms of our Mail Order Service
FREE DELIVERY
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free for all orders of £50.00 and over (delivery charge for lower value goods £3.50). Delivery within the EEC will be free of charge for all orders of £100.00 and over (delivery charges for orders less than £100.00 within the EEC, £5.00
For the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan and most other countries delivery will be free of charge for all orders of £500.00 and over. Orders under £500.00 will have a delivery charge of £27.50 to cover the use of a courier. We can quote for cheaper methods of delivery for non-fagile items.
FULFILLMENT
For all items in stock, orders will be confirmed abnd fulfilled withing 5 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery within the UK and another 5 days for delivery in the EEC. Delivery to the rest of the world will depend on the carrier used and will be quoted on confirmation of order. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and the customer advised at once. Items no longer available will be advised to the customer within 72 hours.
CURRENCY
All transactions are in £ Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of purchase.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card in advance of shipment, using email, telephone or post.
TAX
All prices on Artycat.com are inclusive of VAT
GUARANTEE
We will accept the return of any goods ordered by Mail Order and sent back to us within 14 days of receip for any reason, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. Any item over £500.00 in retail value must be returned to us by a carrier approved by us in advance and fully insured.
